Terms & privacy

These terms apply to every order. By confirming an order or paying, you agree to them.

1. Quotes and orders

Every job starts with a written quote via WhatsApp or email. Quotes are valid for 14 days. An order is confirmed once you accept the quote and pay.

2. Payment

Payment is made upfront by card or Apple Pay through a secure payment link. For larger design jobs I may ask for a 50% deposit, with the rest due before delivery. Cash is accepted when you collect in person. Prices are final; I am not VAT registered.

3. CAD design work

• The quote states what is included, with up to two rounds of changes. Further changes, or changes to the requirements, are quoted separately.
• Design work is charged for the time spent, even if you decide not to print the part.
• If I cannot design a workable part, I tell you before going further and you pay only for the agreed work done so far.
• I keep the design files. If you want the CAD file (STEP/STL), ask for it in the quote.

4. Measurements, files and fit

If you supply files, measurements or the original part, the result depends on them. A reprint needed because of wrong or incomplete information from you is charged. Printed parts have a typical tolerance of about ±0.2 mm.

5. Faulty prints

Parts are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind. If a printed part is faulty or does not match the agreed design, tell me within 7 days of delivery with a photo. I will reprint it free of charge, or refund the printing cost if a reprint will not solve it. This applies to the printing, not to design work that was already approved.

6. Use of parts

3D printed parts are not certified components. Do not use them where failure could cause injury, such as brakes, steering, seat belts, airbags, child seats or load-bearing parts. You are responsible for checking that a part is suitable and safe for your use. My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

7. Designs, logos and rights

By ordering, you confirm that you have the right to have the design, logo or copy made. I may decline any job.

8. Delivery and collection

Delivery times are estimates. Parts are delivered by courier within the UAE or can be collected by arrangement. Once a part is handed to you or the courier with your agreement, the risk passes to you. Courier costs are shown in the quote.

9. Photos

I may photograph the parts I make and show them on this website or social media, without your personal details. Tell me if you prefer I don’t.

Privacy

This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics, and loads no third-party services. When you contact me by WhatsApp or email, I use your name, phone number, address and messages only to quote, make and deliver your order. Your address is shared with the courier only for delivery, and payments are processed by the payment provider; I do not see your card details. I do not sell or share your data otherwise. Ask any time to see or delete your details, unless I must keep them for legal or accounting reasons.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE and the Emirate of Dubai.
